Insights is a calm, no-pressure look at your Rizu journey. It gently gathers your rhythm — the days and times you tend to bloom, the kinds of tasks you reach for, and how you feel afterwards. It’s here to celebrate that you showed up, never to measure or score you.

Yes — gently. Smart insights adds a short, warm reflection on your rhythm and can sense the tone of any notes you’ve written. It uses Apple’s on-device intelligence, processed right on your device. It’s on by default, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings. Insights works fully either way.

No. Smart insights is generated on your device using Apple’s built-in intelligence — your notes, feelings, and history are never sent to Rizu or to any AI service, and there’s no account or tracking involved. As with the rest of the app, your data only ever syncs through your own private iCloud.

The written reflection relies on Apple Intelligence, which needs a recent iPhone running a supported version of iOS with Apple Intelligence enabled. If your device doesn’t support it, Insights simply skips the reflection and shows all your other patterns as usual.

Grace is a gentle reset. Sometimes a task just doesn’t fit your day — and that’s okay. Grace lets you shuffle Rizu and get a new task instead. You earn one Grace for every three tasks you complete.

When Grace is available, you can use it to shuffle and receive a different task for the day. No penalties. No pressure. Just a small way to meet your day where it is.

Rizu is a soft, invented name inspired by flow, rhythm, and gentle movement. It doesn’t mean one specific thing — and that’s intentional. Like the app itself, Rizu is shaped by small moments, not strict definitions.

Yes. Rizu is free to download and use.

Rizu is currently available in Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian.

Rizu follows your phone’s system language by default. You can also choose a different language manually in your phone's Settings → Apps → Rizu → Language

No. Support is completely optional. Rizu remains free and fully usable for everyone.

Absolutely. Rizu is meant to meet you where you are. Sharing Rizu with others or sending feedback is just as meaningful.

Yes. Rizu offers Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets so you can see today’s task, mark it done, or shuffle it — right from your widget. Widgets are part of the one-time Support pass (which also unlocks all color themes).

You can support Rizu with a small, one-time Support purchase. It unlocks premium features — widgets and all color themes — and any premium features added in the future, automatically. You can also support Rizu by purchasing Grace.

All payments are handled securely by the App Store. Rizu does not see or store your payment information, and your data remains private.
